The process diaphragm pump is developed on the technical basis of our existing products: triplex reciprocating pump and hydraulic diaphragm metering pump. So,an independent series is formed.This series features mass flow, high working pressure,and low pulsing. As to structure,by absorbing the strengths of hydraulic diaphragm metering pump,it is equipped with such functions as diaphragm-spaced oil replenishing,twin-diaphragm fracture alarm,deposition-free flow equalization and zero leakage.The series may be applied to delivering granular slurry (incl.ore pump, coal water slurry (CWS), and mud) and is called "slurry pump" in this case when adopting a low-speed diaphragm pump. When a medium-speed diaphragm pump is adopted,the product may be applied to sewage transmission in such industries as oil exploitation,petrochemicals,power and chemicals as well as non-corrosive medium transmission. In the latter case, a number of pumps could be manufactured, including water injection pump, hydraulic test pump, acid pump, alkali pump, salt pump, liquid ammonia pump, methylamine (ammonium carbamate) pump,polymer inijection pump,alcohol injection pump, industrial pump, agricultural pump, high-temperature pump and low-temperature pump.Process diaphragm pump is offered largely in the form of triplex diaphragm pump, but sometimes in the form of simplex or multiplex form also.This sample book lists parameters based on the triplex pump pattem.
