Product Description

_{Calibration column}
The flow calibration column is widely used in the calibration of metering pump and dosing device. It can accurately calibrate the output flow of metering pump. The flow calibration column is also called flow calibration tube, calibration column and calibration tube. The main material is plexiglass, UPVC, PVDF and stainless steel. The connection modes include internal thread, external thread and flange.

Usage method
When the utility model is used, the liquid level in the calibration column is firstly injected into the medium, and the liquid level of the medium is consistent with the maximum scale of the calibration column. Then close the other inlet valve, open the calibration between the column and the pump valve, the pump only from the calibration column extraction medium, and then open the pump timing, carefully check the calibration volume of liquid in the column number reduced within the specified time, and then compared with the theoretical volume number, according to the score of precipitation pump at work is accurate measurement according to the situation, and then adjust the pump precision. Model selection
The type of flow calibration column is determined according to the flow rate and calibration time of the pump. For example, the pump flow is 60L/H, customers need to calibrate 0.5-1 min flow, then the calculation of flow per minute should be 60L/60=1L, then you can choose to use the volume of 1L calibration column.
