Product Description

The system integrating dosing pump (metering pump),liquid tank, pipeline valve system, instruments and apparatus,and control system is highly safe and reliable.The key device in the system adopts our proprietary J50metering pump with the largest dual-diaphragm hydraulic metering pump with diaphragm rupture alarm in the world to transmit the methanol. The ultrahigh-pressure methanol dosing pump adopts the hydraulic dual-diaphragm metering pump (with diaphragm being made of PTFE or metal). The pump is equipped with diaphragm rupture alarm function, and PTEE (or metal) diaphragm has a longer service life so that it has outstanding explosion-proof performance and high cost performance as well. The methanol dosing and metering system is provided with an ultra-precise (62MPa) turbine flow meter to perform online monitoring and ensure accurate dosing quantity.
