Product Description
The JZM-D series of dosing pumps offer the high performance with the capacity up to 1800L/H and with outstanding
values for pressure applications up to 7 Bar. This series dosing pump is designed for durability and cost-effective, which
is welcome to be used in lots of lines, such as the water treatment, chemical industry, power industry, food industry and
beverage industry, paper industry, textile industry etc.

Features&Benefits
Flow-regulating mechanism: adopting sleeve-type slip axis regulation structure, the device has such strengths as good regulating linearity, strong bearing capacity, and low noise.

Materials of fluid ends: depending on the corrosion characteristics of transmission media, such materials as PVC, PVDF, 304, 316L, 20# alloy, 904L and Hastelloy are available for selection.

Materials pf pump case: made of HT250 cast iron that excels cast aluminum, the pump case is made sure to work for 20 to 30 years at least.

Pump diaphragm: made of high-strength PTFE, the diaphragm can well resist corrosion and aging with a long service life. With a dual-diaphragm structure and a diaphragm rupture display/alarm device, even if the diaphragm ruptures, the metering pump can keep working. In this way, the production is guaranteed to continue and there is enough time to replace spare diaphragm. When used in normal working conditions, the diaphragm can work for 3 years at least.

Flow-regulation scope: regulable within 0-100%; highest stroke frequency: 168 pulses/min.

 Flow accuracy: flow stability precision w1%; flow reproducibility and linearity ≤ 2%.
