Provided with matching control system, JSK-IV Digital controller for metering pump is a general intelligent control instrument which is developed and manufactured by Zhejiang AILIPU, and has been widely used in major industrial domains of national economy such as medicine, chemical engineering, atomic energy, petroleum, electricity, environmental protection, food and papermaking. It is particularly popular in processes requiring accurate measurement, quantitative filling, continuous or discontinuous delivery of highly corrosive liquid medium due to its various advantages such as high precision, complete functions, stable performance and reliable operation,and superior performances/price ratio, as well as simple structure and easy operation.

 

FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

It is designed with touch screen display and good HMI.

The instantaneous flow and single accumulative flow can be shown.

It saves and shows total accumulative flow and has a function of password protection. The accumulative flow can be reset by the administrator with permission only.

With the function of digital frequency conversion control and speed regulation, it can combine with flow regulation handle to realize more accurate and flexible dual flow regulation. Besides,4~20mA analog signals can be used to regulate flow online and remotely, finally realizing automatic control.

It can operate automatically by a scheduled time cycle.

Based on Hall signals sent from the main shaft, accurate quantitative control can be realized
